    David Neuhoff

    Chief Executive Officer

    David has many years of experience as a real estate investor and transactional lawyer in the areas of real estate, corporate law and M&A. He has advised on transactions with a volume of over £1.5 billion, including the acquisition and sale of several large-volume project developments.

    Before founding LINUS, David worked for several years at the international commercial law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (then Berwin Leighton Paisner). David studied law at the Rheinische-Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn and is a fully qualified lawyer.

    Frederic is responsible for overseeing all of LINUS’ finances, Capital Markets and Investor Relations. This includes all Capital Market communications with investors and analysts.

    After graduating from WHU with a INSEAD MBA in Business administration, he started his career at Allianz SE, and now looks back on more than eight years of experience in the financial industry. Most recently, Frederic has worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt.

    Chief Risk Officer

    Julia is responsible for the independent review and back-office vote for planned financing, risk management for current and future financing and reporting to our co-investors. Julia also leads our valuation team.

    Prior to LINUS, Julia worked for the real estate service provider CBRE for twelve years, first in the International Valuation division and most recently as Director for CBRE Hotels. She is HypZert-certified and a member of RICS, the professional association of the real estate industry.

    Dr. Volker Tritschler

    Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Commercial Officer

    Volker is responsible for all marketing and sales activities at LINUS. He oversees the marketing strategy, brand communications and sales on the LINUS digital platform.

    Before joining LINUS, he was Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Finanzcheck. Volker Tritschler holds a degree in aeronautical engineering from the University of Stuttgart and the École Polytechnique in France. He received his doctorate in engineering from the Technical University of Munich and Stanford University.

    Before joining LINUS, he worked for Oaktree Capital Management in London. He started his career at Credit Suisse in the Financial Sponsors Group in London and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from WHU.

    Maximilian is responsible for the acquisition and execution of real estate investments as well as the acquisition and support of our institutional partners and co-investors.

    Previously, he was Vice President at Deutsche Bank, among others, where he advised institutional clients on interest rate and currency risks in the context of M&A transactions. Maximilian completed his Masters in Management (MSc) at WHU and also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Cologne.

    Lukas is Managing Director at LINUS UK and is responsible for the UK business with a focus on acquisition and transaction structuring.

    Prior to joining LINUS, he worked at McKinsey & Company and Citigroup in London. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School in the United States and an MPhil with distinction in real estate finance from the University of Cambridge.

    How does the investment process work?
    First, you need to register on our platform. After confirming that you are an eligible investor, you will be able to view all of our current projects that have been vetted through a rigorous due-diligence process. Once you have selected and co-invested into a project of your choice, you can track the performance of your investment through our platform. Rest assured, our team of experts are always available to answer any questions you may have.
    What exactly is a co-investment?
    Our partners are never the sole investors in any deal, as LINUS is always present as an anchor investor in every investment. Put simply, we pre-finance 100% of our projects through our own fund and retain a share in the loan over the entire term.
    What are the costs for investing?
    There are no costs, you receive the interest rate allocated to you as a co-investor in the respective financing without any deductions or fees.
    When will I receive the interest payments from my investment?
    All interest and principal payments from projects are distributed immediately to investors. In most cases, loans are subject to accrued interest meaning that investors receive the loan amount including interest at the end of the loan term in one lump sum payment. At times, ongoing interest payments are made by the borrowers, which are then distributed accordingly.
    What is the minimum investment amount?
    There is a minimum investment size of £50,000 per individual deal.
    Who can invest with LINUS?
    High net worth investor: Annual income of £100,000+ or net assets of £250,000+ excluding your main residence. Sophisticated investor: You must sign the self-declaration form when registering your details. Professional investors: Either a per se professional client or an elective professional client.
